Coming from the airport, follow SH6A along the lake, turn left at the Fernhill roundabout and climb for six hundred metres — we are the low cedar building on the right, set back behind the stone wall.
Underground parking is free for guests and there are four EV chargers on level minus one. The lodge shuttle runs to the Queenstown waterfront on the hour from 8:00 until 23:00, and back on the half hour.
Transfers
Airport transfers in a private car, ski shuttles in season, drivers for the Gibbston Valley, and a car to Glenorchy or Milford Sound with a day's notice. Arranged at cost plus nothing.
Activities
The gondola, the TSS Earnslaw, jet boats, bungee, guided walks, heli-transfers and lift passes — booked from reception, usually at the same price you would pay in town.
Everything else
Restaurant tables in town, a doctor at short notice, ski hire delivered to the lodge, dry cleaning back the same day, and flowers from the florist on Beach Street.
Media, suppliers and complaints
Media enquiries and supplier proposals go to [email protected]. If something has gone wrong during your stay, ask for the duty manager at any hour — they carry the authority to fix it there and then. Anything unresolved can be put in writing to the General Manager at the postal address above, and we will reply within ten working days.
